    Cost for event will be $25.00 plus one item donated to be used in a vendor basket for the silent auction.  Vendor will need to provide their own table and tent style canopy.  
    Only one vendor per company/product will be accepted on a first reserved, first served basis.  
    ​To officially reserve your spot, fill out and submit form below.  Once vendor agreement has been filled out and received, you will be sent a link via email you provide below - to pay for and secure your vendor booth.  If there is already a vendor registered with the same business type, we will notify you that the spot has already been filled.  
    *See below most current list of vendors.  Vendors updated weekly.

    The event will take place on November 9th, from 5:30pm-8:30pm at Sessums Elementary School.  Doors will open at 3pm for set up.  All vehicles must be removed from event area by 4pm.
